Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit varies depending on your country and payment method, typically starting from 15 EUR or its equivalent. We process withdrawals back to the same method used for your deposit, and minimum withdrawal amounts range from 50 EUR to 120 EUR.

Before requesting a withdrawal, your active deposits must be wagered at least three times. We require full verification of your identity at your first withdrawal request, which may include your passport, national ID, proof of address, card statements, and source-of-funds documentation. All documents must be submitted within 15 days of our request. No withdrawal will be processed until your account verification is complete.

Withdrawal processing on our end takes up to 3 business days, though our internal policies also reference a 72-hour standard; the actual payment is then subject to your bank or payment provider's own timelines. Wins exceeding 15,000 EUR may be paid out in monthly installments of up to 15,000 EUR. Please note that intermediary bank charges of up to 16 EUR may apply to bank transfers, and an inactive account fee of 10 EUR per month applies after 12 consecutive months without login.

We consider certain behaviors as bonus abuse, including placing single bets above 20% of the bonus amount, covering 24 or more numbers in roulette, or repeatedly cashing out at low odds. Should we detect such patterns, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any related winnings.
